Reservations: A 50% deposit (non refundable) is required to confirm a reservation. 

 

The remaining rental fee must be paid no later than (30) days prior to the Event Date.

Cleaning fee will be added to all  rentals.

 

Any Event not paid in full by that date will be deemed cancelled by Vivid Affairs LLC Event Center and will not be permitted to occur. 

 

In the event of cancellation or postponement, the event deposit is NON REFUNDABLE. 

 

A date change will be permitted once and must be scheduled within 60 days of original date.
